Positive COVID-19 case at Steinbach branch

We would like to share that one of our employees, who works at our Steinbach branch, has tested positive for COVID-19. Our thoughts are with the staff member and we wish them the very best for a quick recovery. We ask that if you choose to leave a comment on any of our social channels, please be respectful of our co-worker and their privacy.

As a result of the positive diagnosis, our Steinbach branch will be closed on Friday, November 20 for deep cleaning and sanitization. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, our other branches, including those in Beausejour and La Broquerie, are able to help by phone or email.

The Steinbach branch should reopen on Saturday, November 21 for service by appointment. We do encourage you to contact us by phone or email as we can help with most services remotely.

We are diligently following Public Health guidelines and protocols for sanitizing the branch, and all those who had direct contact with the affected employee will be contacted by public health officials for further guidance regarding self-isolation.

In addition to the increased safety precautions we have already implemented, including plexiglass shields, enhanced cleaning, mandatory masks for both staff and clients, and physical distancing, we will continue to follow the updates from Public Health and adjust as needed to ensure we’re doing all we can to protect the health of our staff and clients.
