How to Enter + Prize
No purchase necessary. One prize entry will be awarded with a completed home insurance quote. One prize entry per household.
The prize is $1,000 cash and will be presented via cheque.
Draw Date
The prize draw will take place after the Contest end date within a reasonable time period. Winners will be notified by telephone or email as appropriate and will be required to prove their identity. Brio Insurance will make reasonable attempt to contact potential winners within 10 business days following the date of the draw. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within the time frame indicated above, the prize will be awarded to an alternate entrant who will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Prize Awarding
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical, skill-testing question. In addition, the selected entrants must sign a Publicity Release, agreeing to the use of their name, photo, voice and/or statements without compensation other than the prize offered.
In accordance with applicable laws, no purchase is necessary. To enter the Contest without completing a home insurance quote by Brio Insurance, the entrant must legibly hand-print the date, their first and last name, complete mailing address, and daytime telephone number, on a sheet of paper, and mail it to:

All entries become the property of Brio Insurance and will not be acknowledged or returned. Alternate means of participation must be postmarked on or prior to the Contest end date and must be received by the contest end date. Brio Insurance will not be responsible for late, lost, invalid, illegible, delayed, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or postage-due entries. By using this alternate means of entry, you are providing us with your permission to enter you in the Contest and to communicate with you by telephone. Limit one entry per person.
The sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify, amend or suspend the Contest and/or the Contest Rules, Terms & Conditions in any way at any time for any reason without prior notice or compensation.
By entering the Contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the rules of the Contest. If you are selected as a potential winner, you will be provided with specific instructions to claim your prize. Prizes will be awarded only upon verification and final approval by Brio Insurance. No correspondence will occur with entrants except with the selected prize winners.
Privacy
By entering the Contest, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of information about you for the purpose of administering this contest in accordance with privacy policies.
